Refund policy

Every ring is made to order, and the custom ring carries your league's name, so returns here work the way they do at a custom shop rather than a warehouse.

If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong

We replace it. Email sales@leaguerings.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. No debate, no forms in triplicate. The replacement ships free, and you do not pay to send the original back.

Rings are one size

Every ring ships in a single fixed size, stated on its product page. The five ready-made rings are size 11. The custom ring is size 12. There are no other sizes to order and none to exchange into. Please check the size on the product page before ordering, because size is not a basis for return.

The custom ring

The Custom League Champion Ring is engraved with your league's name and cast for you alone, so it cannot be returned because you changed your mind. You can cancel for a full refund any time before casting begins on your order. Once your ring is in the run, it cannot be cancelled. If we get the medallion wrong, that is our mistake and we recast it at no cost to you.

Apparel and drinkware

Shirts, hoodies, and mugs are printed to order. We replace anything that arrives damaged, misprinted, or in a different size from the one you ordered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on printed goods. Anything printed with your league's own artwork is final sale except for defects, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to post it.
